1. PIPING AND CONCENTRATED WORKS
The Company pinpoints, procures, offers and erects as well as piping and concentrated works appropriate, on the spot, solutions to the best satisfaction of energy providers and regulators. When need be, The Company has the human and material capabilities to produce special pre-fabrication orders both in our workshop and on site.
Piping and accessories of all diameters and ASTM norms (black steel, stainless, copper, fiberglass, and other special alloys) can be sourced out and assembled, ensuring follow up of work schedule, welding, connecting as per pipeline integrity management directives.
2. PIPELINES AND FLOWLINES
The Company offers extensive expertise in the fields of Gas, crude oil and petrochemicals transportation within a full line of pipe and components range : coatings, couplings, sweeps, laterals, wyes, tees, reducers, joints, bends etc…
3. STRUCTURE TONES
With over 14 years of experience in industrial plant environments, including power and thermal generation, process, and infrastructure systems as well as in the development of scopes of work, equipment specifications, and arrangement drawings of frames and metal structures, the Company has contributed to the realization of large scale projects such as the power station of the city of Sousse in Tunisia.
4. ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTS
The Company undertakes such direct or sub-contractor-electrical engineering instrumentation projects as:
- Assembly and installation of electrical equipment.
- Connection and interconnection work.
- Overhead cabling and connection.
- Medium to high voltage electrical systems design,
- Handling including substations and transmission tasks.
- Electronic instrumentation, pneumatics, tubing assembly and connection.
5. MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY & MAINTENANCE
The Company is highly esteemed by all involved partner companies for its mechanical assembly & maintenance performance in missions and special assignments ordered by an armada of contractors, to name but a few as : PIRECO, EPPM, SOMMI , SOCOMENIN, MACON MEADSY, BRACKETT GEIGER Germany, CMS GAS & OIL USA, TOFCO BOUCHEMAOUI Group, AGIP ENI Italy, Chemical Tunisian Group, Zaouia Refinery Libya and related NOC Group.
Potential contracts under MoU’s in African countries: Libya Angola, Algeria, Nigeria, Mauritania, Sudan, Chad, Niger, Mali Guinea Equatorial, and in GCC countries.
6. HEAT INSULATION
The Company has earned its reputation by improving the longevity of treated components, and the performance and reliability of piping systems, storage facilities and tanks. It also has access to heat boilers, heat exchangers, heat recovery machines, steam generators and conned flue gas cleaning systems. An expert personnel ready on a 24/7 emergency services basis.
7. BOILERS & FIXINGS
NORASIN has established an in-house on site knows how and workshops to produce horizontal and vertical storage tanks, with fixed or float roofs. All welding and furnace rings repairs, replacement or modifications are carried out by The Company’s resident engineers.
